Who provides Haulora MP

Haulora MP (this website, the launcher, the game plugin and the game servers) is a product of Truxion Media, Heerhugowaard, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce/KvK 42212602, truxion.nl, info@truxion.nl). By using Haulora MP you agree to these terms.

The service

Haulora MP is a free multiplayer for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator, only for haulora.net members. You need your own legal copy of the game on Steam and a haulora.net account. Haulora MP is not affiliated with or endorsed by SCS Software, Valve or TruckersMP. Haulora MP is in development: features, servers and rules may change.

Your account

You sign in with your haulora.net account, so the haulora.net terms apply as well. You are responsible for keeping your account and the launcher on your PC secure. A haulora.net ban also applies to Haulora MP; a Haulora MP ban only applies to Haulora MP.

Rules

The server rules apply on every server, in chat, on CB radio and on this website. Staff decide in unclear cases. You must also not:

• cheat, modify or bypass the launcher, the plugin or the network traffic, or try to fool the anti-cheat;
• attack, overload or access the servers, the website or the API without permission;
• pretend to be someone else, staff in particular;
• file false reports or fake evidence.

Launcher and plugin

The launcher installs itself in %APPDATA%\HauloraMP, registers a game plugin once (with administrator rights), checks and repairs its own files and starts the game without mods. You use the launcher and the plugin at your own risk; back up your game profiles yourself. You may not sell, redistribute or modify the software.

Moderation

Staff can warn, mute, kick, freeze and ban, temporarily or permanently. A ban is linked to your Steam ID. You can appeal each ban once from your account, and file one complaint after the decision. The evidence and the chat and player logs we keep for this are described in the privacy policy.

Reports

Only report real offences, with honest evidence. Anyone who keeps filing reports that get denied can be blocked from reporting for a while.

What you post

You are responsible for what you share in chat, on CB radio, in reports, appeals and uploads. You allow us to store it, show it and use it for moderation as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

Haulora MP is provided as is and as available, without warranties. Servers can restart, go offline or change, and a game update can make Haulora MP unusable for a while. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost game progress or profiles. Your statutory rights as a consumer stay in place.

Ending

You can stop using Haulora MP at any time by removing the launcher. We can limit or end your access if you break these terms or the rules, or stop the service.

Other services

Haulora MP needs Steam, the games by SCS Software and haulora.net, and some features use Discord. Their own terms apply to those services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Changes

We may change these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Haulora MP after a change, the new terms apply.
